The “Tut gut! – Schritteweg” trail starts right at the parking lot of the former Brandstetter Inn in Hiesbach. “Tut gut” hikers know that when they return, they can add to their step count in their step journal.
Brandstetter parking lot – toward the Gutjahr and Keil houses – along the stream to the Pfaffenlehner Mill (interesting & worth seeing) – turn right onto the state road for about 200 m to Gitzing
– turn left onto the path toward Bichl – turn left before the forest begins (beautiful view) – along the edge of the forest – Brandstetter Inn parking lot
